At The Legislative Assembly our mission is to spread the love of Christ and make a positive impact in our community. We believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can grow in their faith journey.
We gather on Sunday mornings in Richmond, Texas, and midweek online, so that distance is never the reason someone misses the Word. What happens in the room is not a performance — it is a family worshipping, praying and learning together, then carrying that out into ordinary weeks.

Pastor Naomi Saga

Whether you are new to faith, rediscovering your relationship with God, or simply looking for a place to belong, Pastor Naomi’s heart is that you know you are loved, valued and deeply welcome here.
She leads the ministry with a conviction that a church should meet people exactly where they are — embracing every background and building an environment where everyone feels seen and celebrated. Her weekly teaching, streamed to the ministry’s YouTube channel, carries the same aim: empower lives, transform hearts, and spread God’s light in this community and beyond.
She is also the author of Daily Miracle Dose, a 365-day devotional built around an easy eight-step daily process for maximising your spiritual life.

What we believe

The Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God — our final authority for faith, doctrine and daily living.
One God, Three Persons
We believe in one God eternally existing as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Salvation in Christ
We believe salvation is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit, who empowers believers to live and to serve.
Signs and Wonders
We believe the gifts of the Spirit are for the Church today, and that healing, deliverance and miracles still follow those who believe.
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ — a family of every background, called to worship, grow and serve together.
